Yu Genwei, the head coach of Tianjin Jinmen Tigers, talked about naturalization of foreign players: ""For Chinese football, it doesn't bring much benefit. I still hope that we can steadily and earnestly do this (youth training) work ourselves, as that would give us a greater sense of accomplishment."
