Guangzhou E-power announced the signing of Shang Ying. The 35-year-old striker has been a pivotal player in Dalian Professional's CSL relegation battle in 2022 and 2023 respectively. Guangzhou E-power, currently on the top of the CL2 South, is a faviroute to win promotion to the CL1
