Zhang Zhizhen's legacy in 2024 Wimbledon

Zhang Zhizhen still achieved several breakthroughs this grass-court season. At the ATP 500 Halle Open, he reached his first grass-court semifinal, tying his best performance in a tour event. At Wimbledon, he competed as a Grand Slam seed for the first time, becoming the first Chinese male player to do so. Additionally, he secured his first Wimbledon victory, making him the first Chinese male player to win at all four Grand Slam tournaments.
