Shaanxi Union sign Pei Shuai from Qingdao

Shaanxi Union, one of the favorites to win promotion to the CL1, announced the signing of Pei Shuai. The 31-year-old defender, who used to be named in the China national team, has played for Tianjin Quanjian, Shenzhen and Qingdao West Coast for past couple of years.
