392 dragon boat races held during festival

He Yi, Secretary-General of the Chinese Dragon Boat Association, stated after the  2024 Chinese Dragon Boat Race, "Dragon boat racing has a history of thousands of years in China, carrying rich Chinese cultural heritage and enjoying a broad base of popular support.  According to our incomplete statistics, during this year's Dragon Boat Festival alone, more than 20 provinces and cities hosted 392 dragon boat races.
