Dalian Pro suspend operation

Dalian Pro announce the suspension of club operation. Due to "unresolved historical debts", Dalian fail to get approval from CFA to participate the 2024 Chinese Football League. The club, ranked 15th in 16 teams in the 2023 CSL, was relegated to the 2nd division.
