In the FIBA Women's World Cup final, China were beaten by Team USA 83:61. It's still their best record in the event after 1994. Li Yueru scored 19 points and made 10 rebounds. Wu Tongtong scored 13 points, the 2nd highest in the team before being stretched off in the 4th quarter.
